Some of our community is carrying grief, loss, or transition. You don't have to name it in detail — just let us know if your mornings are heavy in a way that goes beyond the day-to-day. We will hold that.

Each morning we can include a brief note on how your energy and theirs are interacting that day — built from both your charts. Useful for a partner, a child, a parent, or a close collaborator.
